Since incorporation the Company has acquired, or acquired options to acquire, three British Columbia mineral properties The Company considers the optioned Windflower Property to be its most material property and its highest priority.

The Company holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in 14 contiguous Crown granted mineral claims which cover approximately 191.84 hectares (approximately 474 acres). The property is located about 20 kilometers (approximately 12 miles) south of Revelstoke, in the Revelstoke Mining Division, British Columbia.

Since acquiring the option the Company has conducted preliminary work with respect to the property consisting primarily of access road improvement, underground water testing, surface examination and prospecting at a cost of approximately $59,000.
The Hixon Property consists of a contiguous block of 16 mineral claims and 1 placer lease covering approximately 4,255.8 hectares (approximately 10,510 acres). It is located approximately 45 kilometers (approximately 27 miles) northeast from Quesnel in the Cariboo Mining Division, British Columbia. The Company has also filed two additional placer claims of 35.5 hectares each - overlying portions of the claims.
A Report on the Hixon Property, dated October 18, 2005 and revised October 16, 2006, has been prepared by the Company’s consulting geologist Alex Burton, P.Eng. and P.Geol.
The IXL Property - sometimes also known as the Riga property - consists of 2 mineral claims which cover an area of approximately 552.58 hectares (approximately 1365 acres). It is located about 21 kilometres north of the Kemess South Mine in the Omineca Mining Division, approximately 475 kilometers northwest of Prince George, Province of British Columbia.
The Company acquired an option to acquire a 100% interest in the IXL Property in an agreement dated February 15, 2005.
